What if the location stops updating?
Check the volunteer’s mobile signal, battery and background location permissions. Check the tracking status in the Track The Sleigh app. If the app was force-closed, reopen it and check the session before continuing.
What should we do if we are delayed?
Post a short public update with the affected streets and revised plans. Timings should always be treated as approximate.
